Its finals time already with the first of the finals taking place at Blacktown Olympic Park.

UNSW and Western Suburbs came to play with the winners moving in to the Semi Final vs East Coast and the losers facing either Pennant Hills or Campbelltown depending on their result on Sunday.

Unlike their Round of 16 clash UNSW looked out of sorts and after the first quarter where down by almost 8 goals, the rest of the game went down the same route and the magpies took a strangle hold and moved on to face the Eagles next weekend.

The NSW University Bulldogs took on the Western Suburbs Magpies at home at the Village Green, the game was very slow to begin with and after the first quarter there was only 7 points in, from the next quarter on the Bulldogs stepped up and took a 14 point lead in to the long break. The 2nd half the Bulldogs came out firing and increased their lead to take the game by 49 points and remain in 3rd place just 2 points behind the Magpies in the ladder.

Unfortunately we where unable to attend the 2nd game this weekend.
